Dishonest crooks, lying and hiding money in fake line items to inflate the price. We agreed on a deal and when the final paperwork arrived (after refusing to let me leave for four hours), it did not match the deal. Then, the sales manager told me "everywhere you go will do this."
Specifically, Francoise tried to screw us by being shady and left in the middle of a deal. Word to the wise, if they tell you "the computer won't let us show you how the money is broken out," they're cheating you.

Bought a used Honda Pilot 2019 from this dealership 2 weeks ago, and it was the worst decision! After driving the car for four days, several messages appeared on my dashboard regarding radar issues with the vehicle. I went to the dealership, and they could offer no solution, telling me I was out of luck and that they couldn't help me. I would have to pay $1,800 to get a new radar. A horrible place: they don't care about losing a customer. Avoid going here because Tom and Frankie would just turn their backs if something went wrong with your car.
My mother is a loyal Honda driver for 20 years. We went in to get get a new lease, and Shammi took good care of us. He was professional and upbeat, and helped to make my mother make the decision that was right for her. He even spoke to the insurance company and helped to smooth that process. The Finance representative June Torres of Huntington Honda added $4893.75 to my Honda bill without my knowledge. I have purchased 4 cars from huntington Honda and have always been asked if I would like to add Honda car care and I have always said no. June Torres decided to forego asking and adding it to the bill without my knowledge or discussion. This is criminal & should be looked into. Honda runs a good business and this type of practice will ultimately tarnish the reputation.

I recently visited the service center with a nail in my tire, expecting a quick inspection and some assistance. When I arrived, two service advisors were sitting at their desks, but neither acknowledged me. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes without any greeting or offer to help.

Be CAREFUL!!! They are running a fraud racket. We didn't lease a car and the Employee LEO referred us to Insurance agent who scammed us in lower insurance premium rates . He was a part of eating up commission from the insurance agent The premium came out to be $200 and they took commisson of $840 and asked us to Zelle the money which we did sitting at the dealership. And now when we asked for refund they denied . Please be very carful and dont get scammed. Employees eating up commission.

Bought a car from this dealership last week and got ripped off. The sticker price already included the destination and handling fee($1450).They gave me a lower price but added the destination fee again. I got double charged for this fee! If you are looking for a car, stay away from this dealer. Walk away if they charge you any fees. Also if you are financing, go with your bank. I requested 60 months loan but they sneaked 72 months for higher rate. I too trusted them and fell their traps. Be aware!!! Always check the numbers before signing any documents.
